Body of Work: Brownbody

Brownbody challenges ice sports and skating arts dominated by white aesthetics and culture by creating works on ice based on African-American narratives with African-American performers. Photographic documentation, Brownbody performances and community engagement events such as Community Learn to Skate and "Black on Ice" opens minds and promotes an inclusive space for skating.
